Do you offer a free estimate

A quote is an approximation of moving costs. Our professional moving consultants provide free moving quotes:

  • Over the Phone
  • Via a Video Call
  • In-Home Estimate

We take into consideration major factors such as the size of your home/office (room count), distance (milage), accessibility, and additional factors to calculate the packing materials, manpower, truck size, and driving time.

In order to ensure we give you an accurate estimate, please give us as much information as possible about the rooms, furniture, and boxes that need to be moved in order for us to provide you with an accurate moving quote.

 

Are there hidden costs or extra fees?

We want you to have a stress-free moving experience and recommend us to your friends and family. We believe that is achieved by combining sincerity with great services. Unlike many of our fellow moving companies, Albo Moving will not charge you any extras. Here is an example of a few fees that you would pay at other companies but not with us:

  • Stair Carry Fees

What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashier’s Checks. We do not accept Personal Checks.

We provide Service in the following counties and their surroundings:

How Far in Advance Should I Book Movers?

Booking a moving company at least 3 weeks in advance will ensure your move goes smoothly with as few surprises as possible. You will have the peace of mind of knowing you have hired a professional team of movers. We offer a 5% discount for booking 3 weeks prior to your move date  The answer to this question also varies on the time of the year. We suggest two months in advance during the summer months. We do allocate a few spots for last-minute emergency moving requests that are as short as one week. 

How Can I Make My Long Distance Move Cheaper?

Since you can’t change the destination of your move what you can do is change the number of possessions being moved. If you have bulky and/or outdated items such as:

  • Heavy furniture (e.g, closets, beds)
  • Heavy Electronics (e.g, fridges, stoves)

Consider selling them and buying new ones and having the stores deliver them at the point of destination. By selling such items you lighten the cargo load and that directly affects the overall cost
